I am passionate about helping people maximize their potential and interpersonal skills. Graduated from International Relations,I then continued studying to postgraduates degrees on Negotiation and Strategic Human Resources. After many years at Google, working mainly with young professionals and dedicating my 20% project time with the Learning and Developing team, I decided to broaden my horizon and left to Barcelona to work at Cien, an AI-first startup.
I have learned a great deal about how the tech world works, from a tech giant to an early-stage startup, what makes someone thrive or suffer in that environment and what tools are available to each one of us to make this professional journey more entertaining and less stressful. Now, with Go Forward, I wanted to create a space where I can share those learnings and with these tools, help someone else be happier at work.
