Born in St. Croix, USVI, and raised in the southern United States, my educational journey at St. Augustine's University ignited an entrepreneurial spirit within me. Happily married for 18 years and raising four wonderful children, three boys and a girl who is the youngest, I have managed to find my true calling in the world of HR and recruitment.
With over 15 years of experience in HR, my passion for diversity and inclusion has driven me to work tirelessly towards creating equal opportunities for individuals across various industries. My expertise encompasses the BioPharma/Scientific, IT, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Engineering sectors. Recently, I have started incorporating AI to advance DEI initiatives, harnessing the power of technology to create more inclusive and equitable workplaces.
Throughout my career, I have founded several businesses and am currently on the path to creating a global conglomerate. As a serial entrepreneur, devoted spouse, and loving parent, I have led local, regional, and national HR teams in developing and implementing strategic recruitment and DEI initiatives. My strong leadership skills have cultivated collaborative and motivated teams that deliver results and make a significant impact.
