Contract
No. There is no long-term commitment when you use SpeakerHub: you can cancel your subscription any time (the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.)
Plans are month-to-month or annual. You can start/stop or make changes (upgrade or downgrade your plan) at any time.
No. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your package at any time. We'll never charge a cancellation fee.
Once you have a Silver package, you can always upgrade to a monthly or annual Gold subscription. After completing the transaction, we'll charge your card a pro rated fee in the 1st month and the list fee of the Gold package for all subsequent months. You get access to the Gold benefits immediately.
We've contributed to hundreds of success stories, and these are just the ones speakers let us know about. When a call for speakers is handled by an external website, we cannot track the success rate but we often hear back from event organizers about candidates who found them through SpeakerHub.
We believe so. To increase your visibility as a speaker, apply for new opportunities or simply share your amazing speaker profile with event planners, upgrading offers you many benefits. You will also get access to premium content, statistics and premium customer care.
Payment
Our payment partner is Stripe.com and you can use Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Payments are processed on a secure server and SpeakerHub never stores any card data.
The free service allows you to publish your speaker page, search the Marketplace for events, contact and be contacted by event organizers. Photo and slide uploads are limited to one item each. This is ideal for novice and volunteer speakers but if you're actively looking to grow your speaking business and want to find paying events, you probably want to be promoted on the search pages, see your profile statistics and improve your business opportunities.
We offer a 42% discounted price for annual subscriptions.
While we don't have specific discounts for non-profits or educational organizations, we do offer a discount when you sign up for an annual account. If you'd like to sign up or upgrade several speakers from your organization, please contact us to discuss.
We don't charge any commission fee, so you're free to negotiate with event planners and keep all the fee you agree on.
We’re happy to accept payment via bank transfer for our annual Silver and Gold plans. Contact us for details.
Cancellation
You can pause your monthly subscription for 3 months which will start when the current billing cycle ends. For example, if your monthly billing is due on the 25th of each month, and today is the 10th, your 'pause' comes into effect on the 25th, not 'today' so you can still take advantage of the upgrade's benefits until that date. All data is retained, but you won't have access to premium services from the day the 'pause' starts. To pause your subscription, go to Billing under My Account and click on “Pause subscription”.
Yes – you can upgrade or cancel your package any time. To cancel your upgrade, go to Billing under My Account and click on “Confirm Cancellation”, and Stripe.com will immediately cancel the recurring charge. Your upgrade remains valid until the end of the paid period.
If you are not satisfied, you can cancel your annual service within 30-days of activation and receive a full refund. We don't issue refunds for monthly packages.
