Bio

For the past 20 years, I have served as Employee and Client Engagement Practice Leader for the Intellectual Capital Coaching Corporation (iC3).

Prior to that, I co-founded an insurance technical training organization in Dartmouth, NS.

Before that, for 16 years, I filled various roles with a large multinational insurance company.

I hold the designations of FCIP and CRM. In addition, I have a BA In psychology.

Employee Engagement

We wish to share details of our Employee Engagement program.

Since COVID, many organizations have struggled to attract and retain top talent. We believe surveying and listening to employees is a great step towards solving this problem - employees want to know they are being heard! Our program works like this:

Step #1: Survey - We launch an Employee Engagement Survey with a specific lens on the culture of the organization
Step #2: Debrief - We Debrief the Survey Results with the leadership team and work with them to develop an Action Plan to address the major issues.
Step #3: Quarterly Accountability Sessions - We help our client stick to the Action Plan by scheduling quarterly Accountability Calls with the Leadership Team.
Step 4: Quarterly Pulse Surveys - If desired, we will launch quarterly ‘Pulse Surveys’ with our client's employees to address current issues.

We believe that this is an issue that HR Professionals will be interested in learning about.
