Leyla Varan Sartore

I completed my BSc in Psychology at City University London followed by a MSc degree in Organisational Behaviour at the London School of Economics. I worked part-time

at Thompson Dunn Limited as a consultant and then moved

to Istanbul to start my career as a Consultant Psychologist. I've had experience in the Human Resources and Marketing functions in the Financial Technology sector, as well as consulting and

training experience with multinational organisations. I am currently talking at events, delivering training to global

companies and exploring how psychology informs the world of work.

As human beings, we often consider ourselves to be in

control of our choices, decisions and interactions with

others. However, this is often a misconception. A lot of the

time, our actions are unknowingly guided by psychological

dynamics which were formed many years ago. My aim is to

inform individuals and organizations about psychological

dynamics that can disrupt work life and show ways in which

we can take control of our dynamics to lead happier lives.
