Having lived with an anxiety and panic disorder for decades, I have learned the imporance of living in the present and focusing my time and talents where they were designed to belong. I have learned to face the world in a way that helps regain balance and enjoy life which is the message I share with your audience utilizing my three principles of 'Passion, People and Purpose'.
Combining my own personal, relatable, and sometimes painful stories with actionable content and joyful laughter, your audience will be given strategies to find and focus more on the things that bring positive energy and meaning to their lives and less on the things that cause stress and anxiety.
