Bio

A motivational keynote speaker and author, my primary focus is strengthening mental health and increasing levels of positivity for audiences with topics centered on managing anxiety, preventing panic, finding your purpose, and living your best, joyfilled life. I remind people it’s ok to relax, rethink, explore, and most of all – be happy by giving presentations centered on knowing yourself and conciously making choices to build a life that moves you forward with a feeling of purpose.

I believe both personal and professional success come from living a life that's unleashed; being true to yourself and living the way you were meant to live rather than the way others 'expect' you to live.

Having lived with an anxiety and panic disorder for decades, I have learned the imporance of living in the present and focusing my time and talents where they were designed to belong. I have learned to face the world in a way that helps regain balance and enjoy life which is the message I share with your audience utilizing my three principles of 'Passion, People and Purpose'.

Combining my own personal, relatable, and sometimes painful stories with actionable content and joyful laughter, your audience will be given strategies to find and focus more on the things that bring positive energy and meaning to their lives and less on the things that cause stress and anxiety.

Motivating others to live a life where they do more than simply survive, but rather thrive, I work with school groups, professional networking organizations, non-profit and volunteer organizations, small businesses and associations of all sizes to deliver a positive impact.
