Bio

I'm driven by a personal mission to instill joy in Monday morning for leaders and their teams. Employee engagement data tells a narrative of an overwhelmingly disengaged workforce, which robs employees of their happiness and their employers of productivity and innovation.

To help solve this global issue, I work with CEOs, executives, and small business owners to help them build engaging workplace cultures.

After spending nearly a decade leading multi-generational marketing and sales teams and consulting on high-performance and leadership, I know what truly drives peak achievement, high workplace engagement, and career satisfaction—and it’s not unlimited PTO and big bonuses. It’s how well leaders combine purpose-inspired work with clear strategies and objectives that set their teams up for success and fulfillment.

I co-launched a podcast that reached #1, #2, and #3 on the iTunes New and Noteworthy list in Education, Technology, and Business respectively. I'm the author of Fruition Power: Achieve More, Lead Well, & Conquer Overwhelm.

THE PSYCHOLOGY OF A TRAILBLAZER

Winning and losing both have remarkable psychological and neurological effects on our ability to succeed in business and life. All organizations and individuals experience setbacks, which increases their probability of failing in the future. Innovation, problem-solving, and creativity rarely occur without some degree of failure, so it is paramount that anyone who has experienced a setback to understand how to re-wire their brain chemistry to increase their ability to succeed in the future. Thus, better serving their organization or personal achievement goals.

Discover and Design the Perfect Work Culture DNA

Businesses and organizations are most agile, produce higher profits, and innovate more often when their individual players consistently bring their A-game. But, research has consistently reported for decades that over half of the workforce is disengaged. Pay increases, perks, and fully-stocked kitchens aren’t solving the employee disengagement epidemic like leaders thought they would while employee loyalty continues to decrease. Organizations need to create a culture of high-achievement to engage their teams, keep their most valued employees, and maintain healthy client relations by keeping team members in place.

CONQUERING OVERWHELM & INCREASING MENTAL FOCUS

Mastering personal achievement can provide an incremental edge in productivity every business and person is looking for. Most high-achievers deal with overwhelm, exhaustion, and prioritization challenges. Neuropsychology research has revealed ways for us to manage our energy, emotions, and activities to maximize productivity and yield better results in our personal and organizational performance.

CRAFTING YOUR STORY FOR CUSTOMER LOYALTY

Your customers and clients are buying what you do. Most likely, your product or service is a commodity that can be found cheaper elsewhere. They’re doing business with you because of your story. Customers today, more than any other time in history, want to be connected to brand personas that have mission statements that they actually live out. Long gone are the days when companies could skate by having mission statements that boil down to being the best in the industry and serving the shareholders. To connect with your customers and clients in a deeper way, your organization must hone its story, clearly communicate why it exists, and share the impact they wish to create in the world.
