How to Be Visionary: Create BOLD Results in Uncertainty

Rapid change is now the norm. Change brings uncertainty.

So, getting clarity quickly is the best way out of confusion, disorientation, and stress.

Having reliable “go-to tools” at your disposal gives you that instant clarity.

The daily application of the Eagle Soaring Tool™ frees you to be a big thinker, and efficiently make your best contribution. You can foresee, prevent, and solve complex issues, plus predict trends.

The eagle, “king of the skies”, symbolizes higher consciousness. Leading this by example expands the capacity, expertise, and success of industry leaders.

Takeaways include learning: (1) how to envision, design, build, manage and impact efficiently, effectively, innovatively, and sustainably; (2) how to apply the EST™ to your work; (3) the 4 Stages of being a Visionary: “Soaring Eagle”; (4) how to assess and apply your “Eagle Soaring” Gift to your position.

Sustainable Innovation Is Built on Trust

A key component of stable business success is team trust. This practical, hands-on session teaches and engages woodworking industry leaders how to be radically “open” and unconditionally trusting in their internal and external stakeholder relationships.

This big thinking sparks and helps create innovative, sustainable models and solutions to current and anticipated complex issues. Participants do innovation alignment, maximization, and stakeholder visioning and recruitment exercises. Bonus: They start the 21-Day Innovation Challenge, designed to upgrade their trust in, experiences and results with company stakeholders.

This presentation was featured at IIDEXCanada, the International Society for Professional Innovation Management (ISPIM) Innovation Forum, and the International Woodworking Fair.

Leveraging Serendipity to Perform Due Diligence Checks on Trust

If a client tells you “I don’t trust you”, where do you even begin? What if this distrust in you isn’t personal?

Would you want to know this? It can seem easier to brush this off. “If they have a problem, they’ll raise it with me.” — Except it’s not guaranteed. The truth shall set you free. That journey begins with self-trust. This session teaches you how to face trust issues in a fun, enlightening, and effective way. It includes an exercise about your relationship with trust. You also learn the four-step process for leveraging serendipity to perform due diligence checks on that trust. You and your clients will rise to action… in new and unexpected ways.

Why not give the gift of trust — today!

How To Cultivate Trust And Strategic Leadership Success

With the speed of change increasing, club and hotel controllers need to be more open and flexible in how they strategically lead as well as work with others, including bank and insurance company executives. Growing personal and interpersonal trust is an effective adaptation strategy.

This engaging session teaches you how to grow your trust, reliability and consequently sustain strategic leadership and stakeholder relations’ success. Three practical hands-on exercises and group discussions get you pointed in that uplifting direction.

The learning objectives include: 1. Growing your personal and interpersonal trust through three hands-on exercises and group discussions; 2. Seeing the relationship between trust, and strategic leadership and stakeholder relations’ success; and 3. Understanding what trust is and requires to “stick”.

You Need to Be Out of Your Mind to Innovate Your Facility

As a Facility Management (FM) professional, do you mostly massage or go around problems? Or do you “decide to be different" in your industry by collaborating, co-creating, and applying innovative solutions? Using the first strategy will make situations feel only momentarily better, while employing the second one will lead to better lasting outcomes.

To innovate, you need to be out of your mind. This means you receive solutions aligned with your vision and intentions through your intuition, not your intellect.

According to Steve Jobs: “Caring deeply about what customers want is much different from continually asking them what they want; it requires intuition and instinct about desires that have not yet formed. “Our task is to read things that are not yet on the page.”

Also, your mind (intellect) plays games and is totally attached to preconceived outcomes. Your mind can't venture into the unknown… including innovate. The mind can only contemplate the known.
