Julia Keleher, Ed.D, MBA, PMP, is an educator, leader, management consultant, author, and speaker with over 25 years of experience confronting some of the biggest problems affecting modern societies. Julia is a fierce advocate for equity who has launched two successful management consulting firms, held leadership positions at the federal, state and local levels, and served as adjunct faculty at various universities. Julia inspires and motivates by sharing her experiences leading large-scale change and confronting injustice.
Julia graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and holds two Master’s degrees and a Doctorate in Education. She has received awards and recognition including Excellence in Government, Outstanding Professor, Extraordinary Changemaker, and Leadership Valor in Crisis. She’s made appearances on TODAY, PBS NewsHour, C-SPAN and her work has appeared in various publications.
