Dr. Jo Lichten

Dr. Jo is a fuel efficiency expert…for people. She works with organizations to increase productivity and performance - while avoiding stress and burnout.

As a consultant for Johnson & Johnson’s Human Performance Institute for seven years, she coached C-suite executives how to better manage their energy for peak performance. She's the author of six books including REBOOT and has presented 1000+ programs (100,000+ attendees) to clients all over North America and abroad.

Jo was awarded the prestigious designation of CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) from the National Speakers Association – an honor earned by fewer than 12 percent of professional speakers worldwide. She earned her MS in Human Nutrition from Virginia Tech and PhD in Adult Education from Texas A&M University - studying how people change.
