Bio

Born and raised in Bethlehem, Pa, it has been a journey to creating multiple companies now in Los Angeles, Ca. My time has been spent following a path of multiple careers. From a chef, to Wall Street trader, as well as a trainer to professional football player, i have learned and studied under some of the most encompassing and incredible minds this country can offer!

Through my journey, I have found my calling. I Utilize my prior training to create what i see to be one of the most unique, high level, and practical applications of health/wellness/ and mindset. It has become my goal, and the goal of Heroic as a whole, is to try and assist each of our people reach a life where they are living as the “Best Versions of Themselves”!

“Passion, Purpose, Pursuit… The path to finding the Best Version of Yourself!”

In this presentation, i walk you through change. We dissect why we change, what motivates change, and how each of us vary when it comes to the act of change! From there, i walk you through how we coach change, whether personal or professional, all jumping off from a fitness starting point!

We address sleep, exercise, nutrition, and stressors both internal and external. With this understanding, we now have real world, applicable tools to exercise daily change to impact a better way of living!

Each person leaves with the secrets to success for their own change engine. They understand their why. Finally, they address much needed health and wellness obstacles standing in their way!

The path forward is painted, and all thats left is action to be taken!

This presentation is directed at those with a passion for performance and an understanding that nutrition is the secret to success. We unwrap base level nutrition, types of ways to build your own path way and plan, and finally suppliment and budgets.

I teach this to athletes of all levels, from high school to pro, and is absolutely applicable to adults! No matter your financial situation, we can drive success physically with top term nutrition!
