Bio

Dr. Vanessa Enoch, Ph.D., MBA is a Global Change Agent, specializing in leadership development, transformative leadership; implicit, explicit, and unconscious bias; overcoming adversity; race & gender equity; diversity, and team-building. Her resume and experience is broad and diverse and fully encompasses her dynamic personality.

Dr. Enoch is Kingian Scholar with a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Public Policy and Social Change from Union Institute & University. She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Concentration in Information Technology from Xavier University, and a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from The Ohio State University.

Dr. Enoch has owned Cultural Impact, LLC, a coaching and management consulting firm for the past 20 years. She is an experienced senior level business and technology professional, with over 16 years of corporate operations experience mostly in the IT space. Dr. Enoch has also overseen non-profit corporations, and served as a Department Chair & Dean of Students of a private college.

In 2018, Dr. Enoch ran for US Congress in the reddest district in the country. She was the first woman to run in modern history, and won her primary with over 60% of the vote against three male contenders. Dr. Enoch also won a historic number of votes in the General Election.

Dr. Enoch believes that race & gender diversity in leadership is both a moral and business imperative. She espouses the value that businesses that embrace diversity in all its forms will be best situated to conquer tomorrows social and business challenges. Dr. Enoch is a social Justice & human Rights advocate, who has taken on numerous causes for marginalized and oppressed communities. She believes that the best way to help communities is to empower them to be self-sufficient.

Dr. Enoch has won numerous awards. In 2018, she received an award from the Society for Professional Journalism for her work as an independent journalist, reporting on high profile cases in Cincinnati, OH. She has been named Educator of the Year and received faculty service awards from her previous employers. Enoch was also named one of 15 Women in Business to Watch in 2006, and nominated for the Cincinnati Business Couriers Forty Under 40 award. Under her leadership, the Cincinnati Chapter of the National Black MBA Association was named Chapter of the Year. Enoch was also a member of the Cincinnati Chamber C-Change Leadership Class in 2006. She volunteers on several local and national non-profit boards, including the YMCA, Vision Works, Inc., Black Greeks Speak Social Justice organization, and she became one of the youngest to ever serve on The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce board.
