Phil has served in leadership positions for over thirty-five years. He is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Gallup Engagement Champion, and served on the Baldrige Board of Examiners. He is founder and President of PLG Leadership a consulting practice with the mission to help organizations to be strength-based, engagement focused and performance oriented. He received his undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University where he graduated cum laude.
Phil is an effective communicator that has the ability to put his thoughts into words in an informative, interesting and entertaining manner.
Phil has a son named Jack. He is an avid runner who enjoys training and running races from 5K's to marathons including the Boston Marathon. He is a licensed pilot who loves both flying and talking about flying.
