Vimbo Watson, M. Ed. is a passionate professional development provider and speaker, who has spent the past decade as an elementary educator. She now provides keynote speeches and high-quality, research-based

professional development to teachers, administrators, and districts across the country, and for corporate organizations. She has served as an elementary teacher for, and then an elementary principal for 5 years. She has also coordinated and directed three international humanitarian trips to Zimbabwe, raising the funds to provide a borehole well for clean water to a high school in rural western Zimbabwe, and much-needed books and school supplies for students there.

Her professional development workshops specialize in the areas of developing a positive school culture and teaching educators how to maintain daily self-care and wellness practices in order to stay in the profession and not burn out.
