Toni uses statistics and stories to help millions of women overcome challenges by using her 3 favorite words: gumption, grace, and gratitude. She believes that the most successful people aren't the most intelligent or talented. The most successful people have gumption which means they are brave enough to reach for what they want and find resources to make it happen.
She started her speaking career at age 11 and has since appeared on NBC Philadelphia, leads a podcast and has written for Huffington Post. Toni's story includes tragedy and triumph as she has found success after getting divorced, finding sobriety, getting off of the welfare system and most recently leaving a corporate job to follow her passion.
