Her mission in life -- "To make a positive difference in the life of another”. She is funny, outgoing, and has a heart of gold...most of all, she does her best to speak the truth in love and respect. She found her way to Washington, DC over 20 years ago and has positioned herself to be the "know better" specialist when it comes to handling life's transitional moments with grace.
There is more than meets the eye with Malika. Life has not been easy for her, having to overcome low self-esteem, rejection, many heartaches and challenges...and that was before she was 18 years of age. She used those set backs to fuel her passion to learn from her experiences and share with others how to overcome their painful struggles in life without regret.

In it, she gives you simple wisdom principles that help you live your life without regret. "We can be released from the issues and philosophies that hold us back from achieving our greatness. Malika is the mother of 6 amazing children and grandchildren, life and the people she encounters throughout her journey.
Malika is a flourishing entrepreneur, owning and operating The Power of Two Enterprises, MaliStaar Publishing and Malika Staar International. She is a dedicated member of the City of Praise Family Ministries under the great anointing of Bishop Joel Peebles Sr. and his beautiful wife, Pastor Ylawnda Peebles. There she serves as a Distinguish Leader on the Deacon Team, a Leader in Training for Celebrate Recovery and the Director of Corporate Partnership.
If life isn't busy enough, add talk show host to the list. Malika is the host of co-producer on In the Cool of the Day and Rock Your Block. It is a monthly broadcast which highlights the success of entrepreneurs, authors and speakers who are handling God's business, God's way. It is a national telecast and YouTube broadcast seen across the country.
Malika holds an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Essex County College, where she studied Drama and served as Copy Editor for the ECC Newspaper. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of Phoenix. She is excited about her future.
