Pamela Gockley

Pamela Gockley is a nationally-known speaker and the founder and Executive Director of The Camel Project, a non-profit corporation dedicated to eliminating bullying-based violence in our schools. Based on her experiences as a victim of severe bullying starting at age 12 and after an extensive business career, Pam is now a well-known advocate for eliminating bullying in schools and communities through The Camel Project Stop Bullying – I Care! Movement. Pam is also a speaker, author, lead researcher on Reputation, and the creator of the Reputation Intelligence methodology. She has presented keynote speeches, workshops, and seminars to various businesses and organizations nationwide during the past fifteen years. She is a recipient of the Best 50 Outstanding Business Women in Pennsylvania Award and the Kutztown University Entrepreneurial Achievement Award, among other recognitions.

Pamela S. Gockley is a leading expert and researcher in Reputation management. She founded and created The Reputation Factor® (TRF) model, using the Reputation Intelligence strategy for personal and professional development.

She has created a model using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed practices, and Mindfulness for leadership in schools, businesses, and community youth programs under The Camel Project. The Camel Project is a non-project 501c3. The TRF model transitioned into the Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS) initiative.
