Achieving Excellence

Are you creating an environment of excellence or complacency? We all want to live to our full potential which means pushing ourselves out of our comfort zone, but how often do we do that? Complacency is easy, it’s comfortable, it’s what we know and where we feel secure. While we can be productive in complacency and still get work done, we don’t leverage our greatest talents or produce our very best work.
To reach for excellence we must strive to shift the deep-rooted habits and mindsets that live in our subconscious and sabotage us unknowingly. By making changes in areas of our life that haven’t changed in years, we can reach higher levels of growth and performance. This will not only lead to our best work, but also greater satisfaction and happiness; where we feel in flow and ready to jump out of bed to tackle each day no matter the challenge.

Speed Matters

How fast we work, the urgency we create and the to-do’s we accomplish each week can make or break our business. In a world of constant distraction where people tend to lose their focus and projects often get derailed, delayed, or dropped, the people who can stay on track succeed at higher rates. This talk will review the habits you need to adopt to work with speed. It will cover how to: have clear communication, anticipate problems, make decisions quickly, create effective meetings habits, build a competent team, tackle fears that sabotage you, avoid distractions, refocus where and when needed, and build healthy habits that will last.

Feedback, Give it and Get it

Learning how to give feedback well and receive it well is a constant work in progress. This talk will review how to set yourself up for success. It will cover how to get feedback on yourself, your company, and your team, and how to give it so it will be heard. We will review the importance and strategies with delivery, matching your emotions to your message, understanding the difference between technical feedback and interpersonal feedback and when feedback is not working and it's time to take other actions.

Understanding Our Imprinting Years

The first 10 years of our lives create a blueprint that becomes the foundation of who we are, how we act, and our unconscious behavior (bias, decision-making, thinking). This, in turn, creates the storylines in our life that we live by. Before the age of 10 we decide on our intelligence level, our potential, and our talents, thinking that they can make us, and they can break us and sometimes do both. By understanding this, we have the power to shift our story and break through those limitations. We can let go of behaviors that are no longer working for us, or maybe were never working at all. This talk will help participants uncover where they have been stuck, why they have been stuck and how to shift it positively to grow.

Level Up Your Business

Simplify your business and make more money. This is a time for realism, not negativity or lofty optimism. Let your fear fuel you, not sabotage you. This speech will help you think like an entrepreneur in finance, marketing, and client service. Specifically, Liz will address how to stay in your lane and own it; what you should be an expert on and where you need to refer out. She will review how to optimize your time, have influence and address issues that are holding you back from working to your full potential.

Getting To A+

Everyone shows up to work with the intention of doing their best, but then what happens? How do we get to A+ everyday, not just in the results, but in the feeling that we are really living to our full potential. First, we must do a full review of our beliefs around intelligence, our own and others, to understand the storylines, we have created for ourselves. Then we can identify the unconscious behaviors that might sabotage us; how we handle failure, build confidence, take risks, and find meaning. This talk will guide you to your version of A+
