Bio

Esayian is the CEO and founder of LIGHT Helmets. LIGHT Helmets, designs, tests, manufactures, and markets football, flag football, soccer, and other sports helmets composed of advanced and lightweight materials transitioned from the battlefield, military aviation, and professional auto racing. Products under development include lacrosse, hockey, ski, snowboarding, skate, scooter, bike, baseball, women's lacrosse/field hockey, and construction. LIGHT Helmets are used by players at all levels of play. LIGHT products provide better impact protection, and improved performance for the athlete through their lightweight, as well as other economic benefits to the purchaser. LIGHT has designed the world's lightest family (3) of Five Star Virginia Tech Rated Football helmets and two soft headgear that received perfect scores/#1 in class rating.

Esayian was the founder and CEO of Revenue Solutions, a full-service direct-to-consumer company, which produced over 30 long-form infomercials and 20 short-form commercials with over $350,000,000 in sales including the author of two of the centuries top 100 books (Debt Cures, Free Money).

Esayian has an eclectic combination of accomplishments; MBA, father of two, twelve patents, multiple race winner and contributor to four Manufacturer's Championships in Pirelli World Challenge Series (professional sports car racing), class winner of the Baja 500 (2018), ten-year member of the San Diego Sheriff Department's Search and Rescue Unit with multiple commendations, a six-year member of the New Mexico law enforcement community including participation on a US Marshall's Violent Fugitive Task Force. Esayian has been a speaker at the graduate level at Harvard Business School and played college football. Esayian's earlier career includes Xerox, Bain Capital, and Barbour Langley Productions (COPS). He is an active investor and active participant in a wide range of companies.
