WHO?
I’m on a purpose-driven mission to create more understanding, more empathy, and more compassion in the world.
I teach and inspire individuals and businesses to lead by example and am able to do so by combining 14 years experience as a business and change consultant with more than 10 years of extensive personal research and growth (including me asking 100’s of people “How is it to be you?”)
WHAT?

WHY?
- To improve the quality of communication and cooperation (with yourself and others)
- To reduce tension, anxiety, and awkwardness in (personal and professional) relationships
- To stop wasting energy and be more mindful and accepting (but still get results)
HOW?
“How is it to be you?” is about experiencing vulnerable strength and gaining meaningful insight so that the self, the other, and the world around us can be better understood.
All in direct relation with practical reality.
