This session highlights David Rock's SCARF model for influencing others, as well as persona development in communication and the "7 Indispensables" - insights and best practices about change communication from decades of experience as a change practitioner. Client stories and highlights from my book are also shared in the session.

This session shares the basics and the next level of checklists as a critical tool for anyone leading a major change. I share real client stories and samples of effective, next level checklists and the approach for using them. A template is provided and the audience has an interactive activity to practice using it in groups and then sharing the experience so they are ready to integrate it back at the office right away.
