As an HR executive for major organizations, I am an executive coach, facilitator, speaker. I work with organizations to set up or evolve their Women's Forum groups. Neuroscience is part of the foundational work that I teach and speak about to help leaders understand how to step into higher levels of their performance potential, in the conversational space. I focus on women leveraging greater strategic competence and having men as allies!
