J.T. Bailey

Through transformative coaching and clear inspiring teaching that changes lives and renews minds; J.T. Bailey teaches families, fathers and emerging leaders to be a Leader Worth Following. Causing their family, marriage, careers and lives to reach their potential. J.T. uses his faith, crazy family stories, experiences as a former Marine and corporate trainer to connect with all audiences using humor and insight. He loves basketball, the smell of the gun range and the thrill of competition.

The only passion that supersedes his desire to propel others forward is his calling to be a husband to his wife Nicole and a father to his three children, who are the “why” that allows him to bear any, “how.”

Jamon holds a degree in Bible/Discipleship Counseling from Cairn University in Langhorne P.A., a Psychology degree from Rowan College in NJ and is pursuing accreditation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
