I am a true believer that when you overcome different difficult scenarios, you do so in order to pay it forward. It is a fact that not all people will avoid failures listening to how others did, but there is something to learn from every story. I overcame all statistics against me. Pregnant at 13, mother at 14. Overcame Suicide at 16 and from a simple GED I came to manage a $32M Category in a Mega Chain Wholesale Club. Developing others is my current passion and teaching them that once you become fearless, life becomes limitless. I am fully Bilingual Spanish and English and have spoken in conferences in PR, US, Cuba and Nicaragua. I have given conference speaches to women and youth and have helped private companies with their employee engagement.
