Dexter Peggins Jr., is the CEO and Founder of Kingdom Solutions Consulting. With a practical approach to advisement and a desire to help people reach the fullness of their potential, Dexter is quickly becoming a sought out leader in the area of life transformation. For close to 20 years, Dexter has helped countless people experience transformation in their personal, professional, and spiritual lives. Dexter's mantra is simple; "Live a Life of Purpose, on Purpose!"

Having an innate ability to inspire, motivate, and instruct; Dexter serves as a mentor, adviser, and consultant to business and spiritual leaders going through transition, and emerging leaders looking to make their mark in the world.

Dexter is a husband, father, business owner, author, veteran, a leader, political influencer, and most importantly an Ambassador of God. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministry, and a Master of Public Administration, and a Doctor of Pastoral Care and Ministry. Additionally, Dexter is also the founder and Executive Director of the City of Refuge Enterprise, a 501(c)3 organization that provides mentoring services for at-risk youth.

What you believe about yourself directly affects the quality of the life that you will have. In this presentation Dexter discusses the foundation and roots of personal identity. Participants will be intrdouced to the pyschology of how social norms create worldviews.

The Process of Renewing the Mind

Do your actions match what you believe about yourself? In this presentation, the audience will:

• Discuss how the subconscious mind absorbs and retains information
• Explore the message behind the media (Recognizing how certain modes of media reinforce negative messages)
• Identify perceived and real barriers to success

In this presentation, Dexter discusses the necessary steps to manifest success. Attendees will learn:

• How to Identify their interest and desires for life
• Effective goal setting strategies and how to make actionable steps to make progress on their interest
• How to identify perceived and real barriers to success and effective measures to overcome those barriers

An area of leadership that I believe is commonly overlooked is succession planning. Leaders, are you putting those who will come after you in a position to win? This talk highlights necessity of succession planning and how organizations can create a culture that focuses on sustainable success for generations to come.
