But WHY?
“I graduated from college in 2004 and had no clue what I was going to do for a career. The degree I had just received was not the path I wanted to take any longer. I felt confused, lost, and frustrated. After nearly 10 years of work in 3 different industries, I started my own business. In fact, not just one business, but two. It was through these experiences and new environments where I truly developed successful skill-set. I had coaches, groups, and resources to help me through the growth, but realized most young professionals have none of that. So I first set out on a mission to help Millennials, young professionals, grow their skill-set, but realized their was mutually beneficial third-party in the mix. Businesses also want to see their Millennials grow, develop, and succeed. So now I don't only work with Millennials, but also businesses looking to hire, train, retain, and even promote Millennials within their workplace. Tomorrow will be greatly impacted by our investment in personnel today. I want to make a difference, so I am investing."
