thrilled to empower executives and their teams to align cultures and build successful businesses which
produce exponential results. Simultaneously, she has a passion for empowering parents, students,
administrators and faculty across all levels of education that stems from her own commitment to education
and students thriving. (What do they have in common? —they are all human beings.) The same skills that
empower executives enable students to soar by bringing agency and tools to their lives as they develop into
responsible community members.
Her dedication to this cause and understanding of the value of education started at a young age. Gaby was
raised by a single mother, who worked tirelessly to provide an education for her, and was the first in her own
family to attend college, and then law school.
After practicing law for 15 years as a commercial civil litigator, she turned her attention to the business
world and then executive coaching and education.
As an executive life coach Gaby has trained individuals and teams for over 25 years. She served as EVP for
a major executive and life coaching company where from 2006-2022 she coached executives, managers,
and entrepreneurs in major companies while running the education division of that company and ultimately
founding the non profit Human Better EDU to carry on the vision of that work in education.
For the past 18 years, she has led programming in over 75 universities and educational institutions, both
domestically and internationally, including Massachusetts Institute of Technology, London School of
Economics, Stanford Graduate Schools of Business and Medicine, NYU, Columbia, Yale, Vienna U of
Economics and Business, University of Texas at Austin, and in the NYC public school systems, to name a
few.
