Roxxy is the founder and co-owner of Roxxy on the Rocks Mobile Bartending Services, the Director of female mentors of New Generation Mentoring and a member of the African American Task Force of the Alabama Organ Center. She has always been in lead roles from sports in high school to the youth director of her church. She has spent the past several years teaching, coaching, and mentoring as a volunteer in her local community. She has also formed networking opportunities for other small businesses in the Birmingham Metro area. Roxxy has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and is currently holding a position at the Alabama Organ Center of the University of Alabama Health Services Foundation.
She wants to prove that regardless of economic status, any student can succeed. Her aim is to transform minds one child at a time.
She also focuses on empowerment and betterment of self through spiritual awareness and spiritual growth, not to be mistaken with religion, and development of connection with God. Her belief in F.A.I.T.H. (Forever Aiming in Trusting Him) has gotten her through multiple downfalls that has transformed her into the woman of God that she is today. She focuses on leadership skills in the corporate setting as well as the tools to become an entrepreneur and to stay an entrepreneur with her B.U.S.Y. model that promotes an owner/life balance.
