Biography

Debbie Fliehman is president and founder of Creative Technical Resources, a marketing communications, advertising and sales promotion agency, a nationally certified woman-owned business and a certified woman-owned small business.

Debbie and her team have worked on thousands of projects with hundreds of clients representing over twenty industries.

Prior to Creative Technical Resources, Debbie held marketing management positions for two Fortune 500 companies. She has been an adjunct instructor at the College of Lake County, served as a Public Information Officer, and was a columnist for Stateline Business Monthly.

Debbie is passionate about helping clients develop marketing plans and materials that get desired results.

Debbie is the author of Make Success Happen — Seven Steps to Developing a Marketing Plan, and Customer Retention through Quality Leadership.
