Fred is a Founder and Director of Bunang Baswa, a non-profit organization founded in 2005 to Inspire, Impact, and Inform young people across South Africa and other parts of Africa. Since 2005 Fred and his team have managed to directly impact more than 50 000 youth and inmates and over 1000 of them have benefited from their programs. Bunang Baswa provides youth outreach programs that cultivate the next generation of responsible leaders by providing educational enrichment, mentoring, and life transformation skills programs. His organization strives to be the change agent in fostering excellence in the areas of Education, Leadership, and Social well-being in the township and rural villages.
