General Counsel and Head of Strategy, David Leavitt of ElmTree Funds has over 14 years of experience in the fund management industry. Before working for the private equity real estate group, he was a partner and national leader of PWC’s real estate tax practice. He graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law with high honors and holds his LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
