As a successful executive, Frank worked for over 25 years at Pfizer in positions of increased responsibility in Finance, Strategy, & Operations. Frank lead the Supply Chain finance function across Asia, Middle East, South America & Eastern Europe developing business, operational & financial product localization strategies. He had direct financial control of over $2 Billion with a team of over 95 in-country operational colleagues across 22 Manufacturing facilities & 35 markets.
Frank became a leading expert for Pfizer in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for both Financial Shared Services & Manufacturing with proven cost efficiency & avoidance.
Frank consistently demonstrated expertise to work in multi-cultural environments partnering with influential in-country organizations & governments in complex negotiations to localize manufacturing production and commercialize products to help meet or exceed Pfizer's global growth targets. Frank has extensive experience building from the ground-up operations to maximize revenue generation in the global markets.
With Pfizer’s acquisitions of Warner-Lambert, Pharmacia, Wyeth, Frank was an integration lead designing developing & implemented combined organizational, financial processes & systems across all functions. Frank also lead market specific acquisition/ JV's, partnering with in-country financial institutions & governments.
Frank developed a comprehensive Pfizer-Wide FCPA Training Program, successfully implemented globally including case studies & certification programs impacting >55,000 colleagues.
Frank designed and implemented Compliance and Controls Processes using RPA Technology across Emerging Markets
Frank led the implementation of the Concur Software solution, with a team of 55 contractors & $35 million budget.
