Carol Akiwumi is an International Fundraising Consultant, Trainer, Social Entrepreneur and Inspirational Speaker with a passion for Truth and justice. With a sharp business acumen acquired from working in financial services and the third sector, Carol is the Chair of Black Fundraisers UK and the Founder of Money4Youth ©, an innovative Financial Literacy Programme for Children and Young People. Carol is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Fundraising (IOF) and a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, USA. She has extensive Cross-functional experience of working in Europe, Africa and the Americas. A regular contributor to UK and international conferences, Carol also works with national and international agencies of different sizes to create and deliver resource mobilisation and capacit building programmes for their partners, staff and volunteers.
