John Knotts is a seasoned business coach and consultant, amassing over 30 years in military service, non-profit leadership, and commercial consulting. Serving 21 years in the Air Force, John transitioned to consultancy with Booz | Allen | Hamilton and then strategic roles at the USAA. Additionally, he guides Crosscutter Enterprises, a consulting venture he initiated post-Air Force retirement in 2008. His commitment to societal causes is seen through his non-profit engagements.

Pursuing a doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, John holds a Master’s in Quality Systems Management and a Bachelor's in Management. He's certified in Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Change Management, among others, showcasing his proficiency in diverse domains.
