CAROL SCOTT
has been a fitness influencer for two decades. She has had a hand in most of the fitness landscape you see before you. Carol founded and operated ECA World Fitness Alliance. As President and C.E.O. she was responsible for the promotion, marketing, advertising, programming and voice of the brand. Carol is an international presenter, motivational speaker and consultant. As CEO of Conscious Body Consulting, she has designed and consulted for companies large and small within the fitness business and outside of it; including Hyatt Hotels, Gatorade, Nike, Avia, Soul Cycle, Velocity, Peloton, RIPPED, X-Tend Barre. Atmashpere, HiCycle, Shock Therapy, Urban Zen and the mainstream media. She was the former National Director of Group Fitness for Equinox Fitness Clubs as well as a media spokesperson. Carol was awarded Program Director of the Year from the fitness organization IDEA, and has appeared in and contributed articles for many publications including the New York Times, Vogue Magazine, Self, Fitness and more. She has been featured on network television including CBS, NBC and Fox. She utilizes fitness as a platform as a pathway for an individual's radical transformation, self actualization, happiness and growth.
