Sylvia C. Onukwugha is an entrepreneur and aspiring Human Resource Specialist and Project Manager. She obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Finance and International Business from The George Washington University and a Masters of Sciences in Project Management degree in Construction Management. Sylvia is a member of the American Association of Event Professionals (AAEP), Rotary Club of Wuse Central, Abuja, a branch of Rotary International and was a member of Project Management Institute (PMI).
Sylvia has numerous work experiences in both the United States and Nigeria related to Human Resources & Talent Management, Finance, Youth Development & Empowerment, Branding and Event Management. She has organized and moderated a range of events from galas and conferences to fashion shows, date auctions, dinners and bridal events. As a brand ambassador, she represented brands like Coca-Cola, Amazon, Uber, Wells Fargo, etc. in both private and public events like sports championships, summits, tech and food tours, concerts and more.
Several years ago, Sylvia's fear of public speaking and failure became a driving force to strengthen those weaknesses. In order to grow and succeed, you must be willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone.
