Bio

Ben is an expert in communication, messaging and modern sales strategies utilizing principles of neuroscience and behavioral psychology. His expertise has made him a go-to consultant and performance coach for a diverse clientele across 36 countries including entrepreneurs, 87 TEDx speakers, large organizations, professional athletes, and Grammy & Oscar award-winning artists.

Ben grew up back and forth between the UK and the US, and with European and African parents he developed a knack for communicating and mediating between diverse cultural and leadership styles. He started and exited several global businesses giving him a wealth of insight into leading high performing teams with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Ben holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Global Leadership and Organizational Psychology. He also holds advanced certifications in Behavior Change, Value Optimization, Lean & Agile Project Management and Social Media Marketing.

Ben has trained tens of thousands of clients from the stage, online and in-person, from multi-day intensives to workshops to masterminds.
