Alexander Mcdonell

Alexander McDonell (Alesha) grew up with meditation and yoga, and remembers first meditating at the age of 4. He spent his youth playing music and seeking spiritual understanding. After getting thoroughly lost on the way he eventually discovered Oneness - the experience of connection with all things. He now focuses his life on the spiritual science of oneness. And has completed several research projects on the nature of the chakras, the power of yoga practices, and more. When not doing spiritual science he likes to have deep and meaningful conversations and to try to express the experience of oneness through music and dance.
