My journey began as a handball player for Team Canada, where I honed my discipline and performance as an elite athlete before transitioning into a career as a teacher, physical therapist and online coach.

These experiences cultivated a profound understanding of the dynamics of teamwork, resilience, and peak performance—knowledge that I now passionately share with a range of clients, including professional athletes, executives, leaders, and business owners.
