Robert B. Foster is an award-winning international speaker, mental health advocate, and host of the hit podcast Shut Up and GRIND where he inspires guests to share their stories of trauma, survival, and defying the odds. He helps people heal themselves while empowering others that are having similar struggles.

Having overcome his fair share of past pain including divorce, doctors saying he’d never run or jump again, watching his father pass away, losing a job after 21 years, and being a single parent to 5 kids to name a few, Robert created his flagship program, Speak About Yourself Out Loud where he helps people take their stories from a place of pain to a place of power.
