Dominique "Coach Dom" Williams

Dominique Williams, a native of Bridgeton, New Jersey, played running back in the NFL for the Minnesota Vikings and the New York Jets. He also played in the CFL (Canadian Football League) for the Calgary Stampeders.

Dom graduated from Bridgeton High School in 2008 and went on to attend Milford Academy, a post-secondary school for football players who lacked the GPA or SAT scores to attend a four-year university. While at Milford Academy, Dom worked extremely hard to position himself as a leader on and off the field which awarded him a partial scholarship to attend Wagner College.

In his first season at Wagner, he won the starting running back position as a true freshman. In the following season, as a sophomore, he gained the coaches respect and was offered a full scholarship.

Accomplishments:​

- Led the Seahawks to their first ever NEC Championship

- 2012 College Sports Journal All-American

- Wagner College 3rd all-time leading rusher

- 1st ever Wagner College 3x team captain

- 4th in NEC history in all-purpose yards

- 1st team NEC All Conference

After 3 seasons in the NFL, 2 seasons in the CFL and a series of unfortunate injuries, Dom made the decision to discover his purpose outside of professional football in efforts to stay healthy. He found that giving back and developing young athletes is really where his heart is and therefore created “The DW Foundation.”
