Ashley Gerhard

Personally, I was called to confront and grapple in adulthood with my childhood sexual abuse, leave a financially dominated marriage and face a horrific, dragged out divorce, AND a rare medical diagnosis resulting in medical trauma followed by donating my kidney during a global pandemic (deep breath!) all while distance schooling my kids as a single mom. That might seem like a lot- but I know I’m not alone. This has offered me a lesson or two about taking care of myself so that I can care for others. I believe it all stems with self compassion, boundaries, acceptance, and being very intentional in creating your own version of a best life! (For me, it is much slower than for many others (and far too fast for some).) I am a life coach & yoga mentor (and psychology student) helping others navigate change and create lives rooted in connection, expansion and thriving. I’d love to share my story with you.
