Jamie Wilson

Jamie survived two suicide attempts and a lifetime of depression and undiagnosed anxiety. In her 40's, she began having trauma flashbacks that propelled her onto a healing journey filled with pain and hope, the past present and future colliding into a magnificent symphony of freedom. Jamie survived childhood sexual abuse and has gone on to share the message of hope after abuse as well as suicide prevention. She shares her everyday tips for successfully navigating life after abuse/trauma with a positivity that is uncanny.
