Maria Drueco, an immigrant and woman of color, is a dedicated specialist for equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and antiracism work. She is the author of "UnHide Yourself: Break Free from Bias, Stigma, and Stereotypes," committed to promoting inclusivity and authentic leadership for meaningful change.

Maria seamlessly integrates EDI principles into talent management strategies, offering antiracism and intercultural training for holistic organizational growth. Her unique experiences as an immigrant and a member of an underrepresented group provide a profound understanding of workplace challenges.
