As an Incident Management Process Manager, my goal is to ensure the employees and the citizens of the City get the best possible IT service. Our handing of the 2013 flood has shown that we are the benchmark for this industries standard for excellence. During Calgary's 2013 flood all systems continued to run, the clients were very happy with our service even though, 90% of our IT department was displaced and could not work from their offices. I am proud to work with such a dedicated group.

As a Distinguished Toastmaster, I continue to assist others to become better speakers and leaders. This year, I will represent my district at the Semi- finals for world championship of public speaking.
