As an RN and through my struggles of trauma, domestic violence and chronic illness, I have gained knowledge and insight on healing the whole person. Using the 5 core elements to health and wellbeing, I help provide insight, encouragement and tools to trasition into health and happiness. you can be healthy and happy again, no matter your current state.
Becuase of my journey, I also connect well with individuals and large groups to provide great motivation and hope.
