Carol McBride is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Carol McBride Group, LLC (CMG), is author of "HR, Where's Your Freaking Sense of Humor?" Carol also is the host of her new lifestyle and HR podcast called "Human". She has over 30 years of experience and had worked as an HR executive and benefits subject matter expert. Carol holds the Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation and is also certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
Carol specializes in Global Health and Welfare, Retirement, and Pension plan administration. Throughout her career, she has consistently exceeded corporate objectives in various executive and senior HR management roles. Her ability to navigate complex HR topics and translate them into understandable language for diverse audiences sets her apart.
Carol’s involvement extends beyond her professional roles. She has served as a board member for the Dallas Fort Worth Benefits Group on Health and is an active member of several HR organizations, including SHRM, International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans (IFEBP), DallasHR, and Houston Compensation & Benefits (HC&B).
Notably, Carol sponsors her own HR Consortium, where she shares knowledge and experiences with the HR community. Her expertise has also led to invitations as a motivational public speaker on human resources topics in across the US.
