Bio

I help leaders, parents, and youth achieve success by evaluating and assessing their problems then provide coaching and training sessions until we reach a sustainable goal. I have more than thirty years of leadership experience. I served in the U.S. Navy for more than 12 years. I have worked in public education for more than 23 years as a teacher, principal and district leader. I have presented at local, state and national conferences on topic such as: Dropout Prevention, Leadership Development Models, Team Dynamics, Cultural and Diversity Awareness, and Personality and Generational Dynamics in the Worklace.

I have been special guest on Oprah's XM Radio Network. I have written two books, "You Make the Difference" and "Teaching with Passion and Purpose".

My expertise is in Leadership and Team Development, Cultural and Generational Differences in the Workplace, Youth and Young Adults, and Educational Ledership.

Participants will learn the dos and dont's of effective team building and how to reach your goals without compromising organizational norms and expectations. This workshop centers around Ethics and Compliance.
