He has vast knowledge in the field of teaching and administration as a lecture in college and Principal in CBSE affiliated school in Ranchi, Jharkhand. He trained more than 120 teachers about digital learning. He is also expertise in online CBSE Affiliation work. He supervised 2 schools in Ranchi for getting CBSE affiliation work. Under his guidance including documentation successfully achieved affiliation to St. Columbus school, Murgu, Ratu, Ranchi and Shine Valley school, Oina, Irba, Ranchi.
