With over 15 years of executive leadership experience in various industries, I am currently the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Pantheon Vision, a leading provider of innovative vision solutions. In this role, I oversee the financial operations and strategy of the company, and lead the integration of a recent acquisition that will expand our global footprint and product portfolio.

I am also a Partner at The Florida CFO Group, a firm that offers CFO services to small and medium-sized businesses across the country. I have successfully led and executed multiple M&A transactions, from valuation and due diligence to deal structuring and integration, in the software, technology, retail, and franchising sectors. As a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) and a Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (M&AP), I have extensive knowledge and skills in M&A, financial management, strategic planning, and corporate governance. I am passionate about mentoring and teaching the next generation of financial leaders, and I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration and Management at Liberty University.
